The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking to hire a motivated Civil Engineer to be their Value Program Manager. The Value Program Manager leads Reclamation’s Value Program in accordance with government agency requirements, develops and coordinates all aspects of the program, including personnel and training, while maintaining an aggressive strategy for implementation of Value Analysis Reclamation-wide.
Reclamation’s Value Program establishes goals and objectives consistent with applicable directives, authorities and guidelines, and defines the organizational responsibilities used to execute the program. The benefits of the Value Program are to reduce program and acquisition costs, improve performance, enhance quality and foster the use of innovation.
