William E. Jakubcik, Jr., PE, CVS-Life of New Kent, VA, passed away on November 2, 2019. He was 76 years of age.
Mr. Jakubcik had served in the U.S. Army as a combat engineer it the 18th Engineer Brigade, discharged with the rank of 1st Lieutenant. He was commissioned into the U.S. Army in 1966 upon graduation from University of Missouri – Rolla. He served in Vietnam during 1966-67 alongside Charles R. McDuff, PE, CVS-Life. Bill was a licensed professional engineer (civil) in the State of Virginia. His area of practice was municipal wastewater conveyance and treatment. His wife, Sandra, died in November 2018.
