Hello again, everybody. I hope you are all well. I cannot believe it has been a month already since my first column. Time flies…
I hope you are all getting excited for the 2021 Virtual Value Summit. Please register when you get the chance and promote the event to your coworkers and fellow members.
The schedule for paper presentation and professional development courses has been developed. Please take a look at all the presentations from some of the top players in our field. Although the event is virtual once again, you will still have the opportunity to learn from some of the leading practitioners from around the world.
There is still work to do on our end. The wheels are in motion to select an overall keynote speaker for the event as well as keynote speakers to represent our international chapters and affiliates.
We will soon open registration for volunteers to monitor the paper presentations at the Summit. As you probably know, SAVE International offers credits for monitoring assignments. Please discuss these opportunities within your chapters. There are always ways to get involved.
The upcoming month promises to be exciting as all the final details fall into place. By the time you hear from me next month, the Summit will be just days away. I look forward to reconnecting with you all at that time.
