Hello SAVE International members! I hope this article finds you well and that your new year is off to a great start. I cannot believe that we will be into February by the time you read this article and plans for the 2022 Value Summit are quickly accelerating. A lot will be happening over the next several weeks.
Perhaps most importantly, we are moving forward with the 2022 Value Summit to be held in-person in Arizona in June. We have been carefully watching the omicron variant of COVID-19 this winter and we seem to be on the back side of the curve. We are cautiously optimistic that as we move into the warm weather months, the omicron variant will have subsided adequately, particularly by June and Arizona is open for business!
Registration for the Summit will be opening in February, so please begin making your plans to attend. After two years of virtual conferences, it will be great to see you all in person once again. Please coordinate with others in your organization as there will be group rates available for organizations that send five or more people. While you are making plans to attend the Summit, the Planning Committee will be reviewing the paper submissions and building an agenda for the event. We look forward to developing a great program that all will enjoy.
Also coming soon will be an invitation for your organization to be a sponsor. There are many sponsorship opportunities that only a live event can provide. You can think about the various components of the Summit that you may want to sponsor, such as a meal or a networking session. What a great way to have your organization’s logo visible for all. Or you can make a general sponsorship for the event overall. The sponsorship prospectus will be released soon for your consideration. Please think about supporting the 2022 Value Summit with a sponsorship.
As I mentioned earlier, plans for this year’s Summit are accelerating. I will have lots more information in each issue of Value World between now and the event. You will also see more frequent email blasts as the Summit program comes together. Please stay tuned to the information and once again I look forward to seeing you all in-person this June in Arizona!
