As already announced through multiple channels, SAVE International is pleased to hold our 2024 Value Summit in-person from Sunday, June 2 through Tuesday, June 4, 2024 in Nashville, TN.
The International Forum, which will be held on Tuesday morning from 8:30-9:30 am, is a “must-attend event” for all international attendees abroad or those interested in the activities of our affiliates and international chapters. This year I have planned an enthralling learning session, characterized by a mixture of short presentations, followed by discussions with all the attendees.
What is the function of this event? Well, the Value Methodology (VM) is defined and described by the VM Guide and the Function Analysis Guide, as well as in several other publications. But in practical application, there is not a “one approach” methodology. Depending on the study(ies) objectives (construction, infrastructure, transportation, manufacturing, services, etc.) and also on national notions like cultural influences, the application around the world is in detail different, whereas the core principles are set. Thus, the function of the International Forum is the “Exchange of Experiences” and I hope that we will fulfill this function through our hour long meeting.
There are already some proposals for presentations, but I still encourage the affiliates and international chapters to propose additional interesting topics.
