Hello, fellow Value Methodology (VM) professionals! I hope this issue of Value World finds you all well! As I greet you with this article, it has been about four months since you last heard from me.
The SAVE International Planning Committee took some time off after the very successful 2024 Value Summit in Nashville to recharge our batteries. However, there is still a lot going on behind the scenes.
The Value Summit Planning Committee, in conjunction with the U.S. Advocacy for Value (USAV) Committee, is very close to making a major announcement about the 2025 USAV event. The wheels are in motion for a two-day event in the Washington, DC area in May 2025. A draft agenda is in development and the event promises to be a great one. More details will be announced once they are confirmed!
And as announced back in June, the 2025 Value Summit will be held in New Delhi, India in September 2025. This is the first time the Value Summit will be held in Asia and SAVE is inviting the global VM community to attend this exciting learning experience.
The Indian Value Engineering Society (INVEST) is hosting next year’s Summit and plans are coming together quickly – the 2025 Value Summit will be held September 15-16 at The LaLiT (an enterprise of Bharat Hotels Limited) in New Delhi with Benchmarking Industrial visits on September 17-18. Over 60 papers will be presented during the Summit and there will be awards for the best papers. More details will be communicated as we get closer to the Summit which promises to be a historical event for SAVE!
The Value Summit Planning Committee is ready to dig in over the next year to support the USAV event in May 2025 and the Value Summit in September 2025. Please stayed tuned for more information in Value World as we approach these events. Until then, please stay healthy and safe.
