I hope everyone is enjoying their autumn. Here in New England, the changing colors of the trees has peaked as we into shorter days and cooler, crisper nights. There are many changes afoot at SAVE International as well.
We have been rolling out the new Education Program with the Value Methodology Fundamentals (VMF) 1A and VMF 1B courses per my communication last month and email communications from SAVE. Website updates are also forthcoming. Please do not hesitate to contact SAVE at info@value-eng.org if you have specific questions.
Numerous editorial revisions have been made to the VM Guide and we are planning a revised edition to be published in the months ahead. The core content will remain unchanged, but the edits will improve clarity and readability. In addition, a committee that is developing a Spanish version of the VM Guide is in progress and nearing the copyediting stage.
We are targeting mid-May 2025 for the U.S. Advocacy for Value (USAV) event in the Washington, DC area. This event will supplement the SAVE Value Summit planned for November 2025 in India, to be hosted by INVEST. We are in the process of developing the program for this event and look forward to sharing details in the weeks ahead.
