The City of Calgary is seeking qualified firms for the provision of Value Management services.
One of the major constraints in conducting Value Management studies is accommodating procurement timelines for Value Management consulting services within demanding project schedules. In order to overcome this challenge, The City wishes to have a pool of qualified firms on contract to provide, on short notice, Value Management consulting services.
The Value Management consulting services are to be managed by a Certified Value Specialist (CVS), accredited in either the United States or Canada. More than one CVS may be selected from the same firm. A separate proposal must be submitted for each CVS proposed.
