A five-day day Module I workshop was organised by Define Management Consultancy & Training, Abu Dhabi for ADCO, an oil major in Abu Dhabi, from August 6-10, 2017. Mr. Alok Ghosal, CVS-Life from India was invited to conduct the workshop. Twenty-four executives of the company attended the workshop. Four projects, such as study of loss time in project execution, high Capex & Opex, project delay, etc., were taken up for study.
